All Ways Caring HomeCare in Georgia seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, implement policy, and drive quality of care while aligning with strategic initiatives. The role oversees financial performance and serves as liaison with leadership and government officials.

The ideal candidate has a background in human services or business, 3–5 years of healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support multiple sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years progressively responsible experience managing operations in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
• Experience in home care or related healthcare field strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office solutions.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations of the business area.
• Ability to travel 25–50% or as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews Operation's performance/support needs with Executive Management.
• Analyses Operations and Branch Staff for alignment with BrightSpring's vision, mission, and values.
• Lead operations to maximize revenue and client care while ensuring employee satisfaction.
• Evaluate and implement corrective actions to improve financial performance.
• Participate in annual budgets and operational plans.
• Provide leadership tools to meet goals and expand service to more families.
• Coordinate training for staff on systems, policies, and best practices in client care.
• Lead liaison between operations and Executive Leadership Team.
• Support recruitment and retention plans with HR and Talent Acquisition.
