Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current license in Georgia or multi-state license

• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company

Responsibilities

• Create and review plans of care per physician orders
• Supervise and support caregivers in home settings
• Monitor adherence to physician orders and nursing documentation
• Train caregivers and nurses as required
• Participate in staff meetings and in-services
