Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to lead quality care, customer service, and staff performance for our home-based clients. You will supervise Caregivers, manage scheduling, and build positive relationships with referral partners while ensuring accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for compassionate, individualized home care.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field preferred.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served.
• Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.
