You will manage employee scheduling, address client and staff needs with urgency, and build strong relationships with referral partners, payors, and clients. The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, with opportunities for career growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business/Nursing/Social Services or related field.
• Must be accountable and reliable with good judgement.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to clients.
• Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.
