Clayton Retail is seeking a Retail Home Consultant to guide customers in choosing floor plans and options for manufactured homes. You will help coordinate the construction process and maintain customer files for timely follow-up using the company CRM.

Ideal candidates bring bilingual English/Spanish skills, a basic understanding of the retail environment, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time role with a generous base salary plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English/Spanish required or preferred.
• Experience in relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans and options for manufactured homes.
• Coordinate the construction process and schedule with customers and teams.
• Set appointments and guide showings to convert leads.
