Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through identifying floor plans, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process. The role focuses on delivering a world-class home buying experience at our home center.

Ideal candidates bring relationship-driven sales experience, strong verbal communication, and the ability to obtain licensed manufactured home sales credentials. You will work in a team environment and help increase showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the construction process to ensure timely delivery.
• Create a world-class home buying experience for customers.
• Schedule home center visits and convert ads/leads to appointments.
• Maintain customer files and timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
