Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, options, and coordinating the construction process. You will help create a world-class home buying experience by connecting buyers with the right model and features.

As part of a team, you will demonstrate homes, set appointments, maintain customer files, and contribute to merchandising and sales initiatives. The role emphasizes integrity, relationship-building, and collaborative selling.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Show homes and demonstrate features to customers.
• Set appointments from leads and calls.
• Follow up with prospective buyers using CRM.
• Assist with inventory decoration and model upkeep.
