Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the construction process. You will present display homes, demonstrate features, and help convert inquiries into appointments.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.

Responsibilities

• Create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers to identify a floor plan and select options.
• Coordinate the construction process for identified homes.
• Set appointments and convert calls and web leads to visits.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to create added value.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers.
