The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, effective communication, and strong organization. Responsibilities include demonstrations, appointment setting, and showroom merchandising, with a salary base plus commission and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship-driven consumer sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn about finance concepts, products and market.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to their future home by selecting floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the construction process to deliver a world class home buying experience.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers using the CRM system.
• Demonstrate home features and benefits to create added value for customers.
• Maintain customer files and contribute to merchandising and showroom presentation.
