Clayton, a leading single-family home builder, is hiring a Home Consultant. The role focuses on delivering a world-class home buying experience by helping customers choose floor plans, options, and coordinating construction.

You will use the CRM to follow up with prospects, set appointments, demonstrate homes, and work with the team to achieve sales goals. Clayton offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Six months of relationship-driven sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of retail environments and sales processes.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options, coordinating the construction process.
• Demonstrate model homes and explain features and benefits to buyers.
• Set appointments from CRM data and convert inquiries to visits.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and company-sponsored events.
