Qualifications

• Must obtain manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process for home purchases.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to buyers.
• Set appointments from leads and follow up using CRM.
• Maintain customer files and perform timely follow-up.
