Job summary

Clayton is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and coordinating the construction process. You will protect Clayton branding and build trust with buyers while demonstrating home features and benefits.

Ideal candidates manage prospecting, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM-driven follow-up. A team-oriented role with training opportunities, flexible benefits, and potential for lucrative commissions awaits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes; lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate the construction process.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects via the CRM system.
• Merchandise model homes and maintain the appearance of the homes.
• Demonstrate features and benefits to create added value for buyers.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase center traffic.
