Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process with customers and team.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers via CRM.
• Demonstrate homes and features to create value for buyers.
• Maintain customer files and timely follow-up.
