Job summary

Clayton Homes in El Reno, OK is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating the home construction process. You will present models, demonstrate features, and maintain strong follow-up with prospects.

The position offers a $50k base salary plus a lucrative commission plan, with potential to grow through performance. Clayton provides competitive benefits and a team-oriented environment in a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes throughout all seasons.
• Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs.)
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
