Job summary

Clayton Homes in Brewerton, NY is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and the home buying journey on a full-time basis.

You will coordinate construction, demonstrate features, present displays, and schedule showroom visits while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn about finance/m mortgage concepts and product features.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options and coordinate the purchase process.
• Coordinate construction and showroom activities to ensure a world-class home buying experience.
• Set appointments from prospect database and web leads; follow up with customers via CRM.
