Job summary

FIT Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a cooperative purchasing organization. The role targets developing new business with schools, municipalities, and other public entities across Western MA, Southern MA, and Connecticut.

The position is home-based with frequent travel; an Hadley, MA office is available. Base salary ranges from $90-$110k plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into K-12 organizations with five or more years in sales or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and sales plans to grow membership and revenue.
• Prospect for new business and build relationships with current and prospective members.
• Conduct visits, presentations, and consultations to understand purchasing needs.
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and territory plans; analyze market trends.
