City Wide Facility Solutions Boston is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships across Central and Eastern Massachusetts, visiting client sites daily to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for clients in your designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct weekly site visits with clients.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Track client communication, issues, and opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
