Kraft Mobile Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts across Michigan's Lower Peninsula from a home office.

You will identify OEM opportunities, understand applications, and develop hydraulic and electronic control solutions using products from leading manufacturers. This is a growth-focused, field-based role requiring hands-on technical selling and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably involving mobile hydraulics, electronic controls, or the off-highway OEM market.
• Ability to grow sales and manage technical customer relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand customer applications and work with engineering resources.
• Self-directed sales professional comfortable working from a home office and traveling regularly throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new OEM business throughout Michigan's Lower Peninsula.
• Grow and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in the mobile off-highway market.
• Work with customers to understand applications, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Kraft engineering and technical resources to develop solutions.
• Develop account strategies, territory forecasts, and sales plans.
• Manage opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline through our CRM.
• Work closely with our manufacturing partners.
• Support customer system start-ups and help resolve application or service issues.
• Maintain strong commercial discipline around margins, opportunities, forecasting, and account development.
