Summit Home Health Care in Freehold, NJ is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based services to individuals supported through New Jersey DDD. You will deliver functional communication therapy in clients' natural environments and build strong rapport with families.

Active NJ SLP license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are required. ASHA CCC is preferred; prior work with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey SLP license (CF applicants not eligible).
• Active CPR Certification.
• ASHA CCC preferred.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based Speech-Language Pathology services in clients' homes.
