Future Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business across the UK for blow moulded plastics in a home-based role. You will target Homecare, Petcare, Car Care and Chemical sectors, building relationships with manufacturers, brands and distributors.

The role requires a proven B2B plastics sales background, a track record in winning new accounts, and the ability to negotiate and close deals with purchasing and technical decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience within plastics, packaging or manufacturing
• Strong track record in new business development and closing deals
• Commercially minded with ability to negotiate and close
• Confident dealing with purchasing, technical and senior decision-makers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business across the UK
• Target customers within Homecare, Petcare, Car Care and Chemical sectors
• Identify manufacturers, brands and distributors needing blow moulded packaging/products
• Generate leads, arrange meetings and develop new customer relationships
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Visit customers and prospects across the UK
• Work with technical and production teams to develop solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close new business
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
• Work toward sales, revenue and margin targets
