Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary care in facilities around Fort Smith, AR, on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision for patients with chronic diseases in home-based settings.

Board-certified NP/PA licensed in Arkansas with 1–2 years of geriatric primary care is preferred. The role offers autonomy, a compassionate team, and a competitive compensation structure aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA licensed in Arkansas.
• 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients preferred.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients in Fort Smith, AR area.
• Perform physical exams and develop care plans based on patient histories.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a diverse panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed.
• Prescribe medications and interventions as appropriate.
