Job summary

Ennoble Care in El Dorado, AR is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary care in facilities on a full-time, on-site basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

You will perform physical exams, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with staff, families, and caregivers. The role emphasizes autonomous practice, geriatric care, and patient-centered service in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Board Certified with Arkansas NP/PA license.
• Strong clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat.
• Ability to work independently with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in and around El Dorado, AR.
• Perform physical exams, obtain histories, and plan care.
• Communicate with staff across internal platforms and teams.
• Deliver patient-centered care and develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients and families during visits; order tests as needed and prescribe interventions.
