Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary care in home settings around El Dorado, Arkansas, on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for patients with chronic diseases in diverse environments.

The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, collaboration with our clinical team, and independent problem-solving with flexibility in scheduling and patient panels.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Arkansas (board certified).
• 1–2 years of primary care with geriatric patients preferred.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and plan independently with strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in El Dorado and surrounding areas.
• Perform physical exams, review histories, and create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients and families, order diagnostic tests and medications as needed.
