Ennoble Care is seeking a Part-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma region on a part-time basis. Providers will work under physician supervision, applying medical techniques to a diverse patient population with chronic conditions.

Ideal candidates hold board certification (NP/PA) in Oklahoma, have 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, and

Qualifications

• Board certification for NP or PA in Oklahoma.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with physician supervision.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Broken Arrow, OK.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed and manage medications and interventions.
