Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients and other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete required patient visits weekly and document progress.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable laws.
