Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy. You will perform evaluations, create and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and medical teams to support children’ growth.

The role requires a valid Texas SLP license, reliability, and flexibility to adapt to patient needs; proficiency with basic tech is expected. Bonus points for bilingual ability (English/Spanish) and home-health experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with and coordinate care among providers and disciplines.
• Meet minimum patient visit quotas weekly and complete chart updates and summaries.
