Videojet Technologies in Manchester, NH is seeking a Field Service Engineer I for a home-based role. You will install, maintain, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer sites, traveling within the Manchester, NH territory.

The role emphasizes building trusted customer relationships, providing expert guidance, and promoting service agreements. A technical degree or military training is preferred, and overnight travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service.
• Willingness to travel within the Manchester NH territory, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform day travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout Manchester, NH territory to support manufacturing customers.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and promote service agreements.
• Extend Videojet footprint and opportunities within the market.
