Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a home-based role serving the Manchester, NH area.

You will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair Videojet coding and marking devices at customer sites, travel regionally within the territory, and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor. The role requires a technical background, willingness to travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with customers to deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Manchester, NH territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work during the day and limited overnight travel.
• Provide ongoing care and support for our customer equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor and partner for our customers, to develop excellent relationships.
• Promote service agreements and newer technology to extend Videojet footprint in the market.
