Videojet Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair, and install printing and coding products at customer sites across Georgia. You will diagnose issues and implement cost-effective solutions while building strong customer relationships.

The role includes regional travel with occasional overnight stays, and opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology. Benefits start day one, with 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical experience.
• Basic computer/technical skills (email, software, Word).
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities.
• Compliance with PPE and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment.
• Install Videojet products and solutions at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems.
• Develop relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Promote service agreements and newer technology.
