Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks a Field Service Engineer for a home-based role serving the Houston, TX area with a company vehicle. You’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer sites, traveling regionally and occasionally overnight.

You’ll build trusted relationships, promote service agreements, and contribute to customer satisfaction through technical excellence and proactive support.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, incl. occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to comply with PPE requirements and site access policies.
• Valid driver’s license and safe operation of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
• Travel throughout the greater Houston area to support manufacturing customers, day travel with some overnight stays.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor and problem solver.
• Promote service agreements and newer technology solutions to drive business growth.
