Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under a BCBA's supervision, you will implement treatment plans targeting behavioral management and social, daily living, and community skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; ability to travel up to one hour from residence if applicable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including periods of sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Travel to client homes within up to one hour from residence if applicable.
