Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Newton, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans to build communication, social, daily living, and community skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to one hour.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
