Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. The role emphasizes implementing treatment plans for behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

The position offers flexible part-time hours with BCBA supervision and a focus on client success in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Maintain client progress and communicate with supervising BCBA.
