Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is hiring a Behavior Technician (R/BT) to deliver home-based treatment to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor.

This role focuses on implementing treatment plans for behavioral, social, and daily living skills, with flexible, part-time hours and travel to clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of experience with children who have disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including periods of sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision.
• Implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
• Contribute to progress notes and client success under BCBA supervision.
