Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Massachusetts seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement specific treatment plans designed to address behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules, BCBA supervision for all R/BTs, and competitive pay based on certification, education, and experience, with hourly rates of $23–$30.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Address behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Maintain client progress and family communication
