Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (R/BT) to deliver home-based direct treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under a BCBA clinician, you will implement treatment plans for behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills, with flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician to ensure client progress.
