Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy seeks Behavior Technicians (R/BTs) to deliver home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children who have disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to one hour from residence to provide services to clients, if applicable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans to address behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
