Compassus, in collaboration with Providence, seeks a Home-Based Acute Care Occupational Therapist to bring inpatient-level therapy into patients' homes across Washington. You will evaluate, plan, implement, and discharge patients while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and educating families.

Ideal candidates hold an OT license with a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy and have 1 year of home-care experience.

Competenze

• Required - Bachelor's degree Occupational Therapy or Master's degree Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered OT license (WA state preferred).
• National Provider BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Deliver comprehensive home-based therapy including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.
• Evaluate physical, cognitive, and perceptual functions for safe home function.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals and educate families on treatment plans and safety.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and COTAs, with documentation on the same day as visits.
