Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered OT license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive OT services in the home, including assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patients and families.
