Proud Moments ABA in Holtsville, NY is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with clients in their homes under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans.

This role offers flexible part-time evening and afternoon hours, with paid training and opportunities to grow professionally. You will help families implement plans and track progress while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA policies.
• Strong communication and task-prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client and family needs and maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members as needed.
• Assist with activities to engage children and ensure safety.
