Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service LG appliances and electronics in the Everett, WA area. The role involves traveling to customers’ homes, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of technical experience (appliance repair preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain EPA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical experience (appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; EPA certification ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to service LG equipment.
• Diagnose problems, perform repairs and document findings.
• Operate safely with PPE and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and other metrics.
