We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience with college students; a master's degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of holistic advising, case management, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group academic advising using a holistic, student-centered approach.
• Help students develop academic and career goals and create educational plans.
• Foster belonging and connection by guiding students to campus resources.
• Utilize a case management approach to identify needs and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with Career and Transfer Center to connect students with opportunities.
• Develop relationships with faculty and staff to support student success.
• Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and student engagement activities.
