Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related experience in student development or counseling.
• Experience in a College/University setting.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of degree planning.
• Experience with a College/University Student Integrated System.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on academic progress, policies, and program requirements.
• Develop and communicate degree plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Support retention initiatives and provide timely feedback to students.
• Collaborate with faculty to monitor progress and assist students at risk of withdrawing.
• Plan and conduct first-year seminars and workshops on advisement and retention.
