Qualifications

• Master’s degree required. Four (4) years of work experience as an academic, faculty, or career advisor is required.
• Experience providing student case management to a diverse group of students in a collegiate setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead advocate for students within their success team, coordinating resources and guidance.
• Cultivate relationships with assigned students and provide holistic case management.
• Provide comprehensive academic, career, and transfer advisement services.
• Support students in exploring career options and provide referrals to career services.
• Track progress toward educational and career goals and update plans accordingly.
• Facilitate connections to co-curricular supports and college events.
