Job summary

Macy's is seeking an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing vendor product knowledge. You will upsell, build repeat clientele, and coordinate with stylists, vendors, and leadership to execute merchandising initiatives across the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making the customer a priority.
• Greet customers, recommend products, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and ready for sales and markdowns.
• Develop and implement best practices to drive sales, turn, and margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Plan and execute vendor and non-vendor events to boost sales.
• Lead customer-facing vendor events with partner/vendor teams.
