Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, personalized customer experiences aligned with brand values.
• Resolve issues via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence with empathy.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors to ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to Dior policies and processes in all communications.
• Handle high volumes of holiday inquiries across channels within tight timeframes.
• Demonstrate brand storytelling and product knowledge in interactions.
• Meet and exceed sales and KPI targets, including case management and productivity goals.
• Perform outbound clienteling as needed and collaborate across the Client Services Center.
