Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CMCA certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting processes.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in liaising with the Finance Committee.
• Attend all finance and budget meetings.
• Coordinate investment and transfer requests with corporate accounting.
• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the Association.
• Maintain general ledger and assist in audits, tax returns and reserve studies.
• Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management.
• Assist corporate accounting with month-end financials and transfers for reserve projects.
• Provide coverage for accounts payable and invoicing as needed.
