Job summary

Castle Group is seeking an Community Accountant to prepare monthly financial statements for HOA and Condo associations. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, variance analysis, and producing balance sheet schedules, with service oriented collaboration across boards, managers and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least three years of full-cycle accounting experience, with strong Excel and Office skills and multitasking under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance (preferred/required).
• Minimum three years of related accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer-focused relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for HOA and Condo associations.
• Perform bank reconciliations, variance analysis and balance sheet schedules.
• Create monthly journal entries and year-end entries as required by CPA.
• Review invoices, ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with board members, property managers and staff.
• Complete special projects as needed.
