Qualifications

• Experience in property or HOA management preferred.
• Detail-oriented with objective assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to identify and document potential violations of CC&Rs, Rules, and Regulations.
• Capture and upload clear photos and notes of each violation using the compliance software.
• Issue courtesy notices and violation letters with timely follow-up.
• Track and manage open violations through resolution with accurate records.
• Communicate with residents in a professional and respectful manner on compliance matters.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and board meetings as requested.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative staff for consistent enforcement.
• Attend board or committee meetings to provide updates or clarification.
• Assist with other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
