Qualifications

• Experience in property/HOA management or code enforcement.
• Strong attention to detail and objective assessment of potential violations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile inspection tools; valid CA drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the community to identify violations and document them.
• Capture and upload clear photos and notes of each violation using the compliance software.
• Issue courtesy notices, violation letters, and follow-up communications per policy and timelines.
• Track and manage open violations through resolution with organized records.
• Communicate with residents in a professional and respectful manner on compliance matters.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and board meetings as requested.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Administrative staff for enforcement and follow-up.
• Attend board or committee meetings to provide compliance updates or clarification.
• Assist with other administrative duties or special projects as assigned.
